Before work starts
If you request cancellation before substantive work begins and before any government or third-party cost is committed, we will review the order for an available refund, less any clearly disclosed non-refundable processing cost where applicable.
After work starts
Once document preparation, consultation, filing preparation, technical work, sourcing work or other substantive delivery has begun, the completed portion of professional work is generally not refundable.
Government and third-party fees
Amounts already paid or committed to government authorities, registered agents, address providers, payment processors, accountants, tax professionals, marketplaces, banks or other third parties are not refundable by Zendip unless that third party returns the amount to us.
Submitted filings and applications
Once a filing or application has been submitted, cancellation does not guarantee withdrawal, approval reversal or refund. External authority rules control those outcomes.
Digital and technology work
For websites, software, design and digital deliverables, refund decisions consider completed milestones, licences purchased, custom work delivered and resources already committed.
How to request cancellation
Send a written request through the Client Portal or email support@zendip.org with your order reference and reason. We will review the service stage and provide a written response.
Payment disputes
If you believe a payment was duplicated or charged incorrectly, contact Zendip before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate the transaction record promptly.
