1. Service provider
Services purchased through this website are provided or coordinated by Zendip Limited unless a proposal, invoice or service page identifies another delivery arrangement.
2. Scope of service
Your purchased package, written quotation, invoice and agreed add-ons define the service scope. Government fees, bank charges, registered-agent costs, address services, professional third-party fees and similar external costs are separate unless expressly stated as included.
3. No guaranteed third-party approval
Government authorities, banks, tax agencies, marketplaces and payment providers make their own decisions. Zendip can prepare, coordinate, advise and support an application, but cannot guarantee approval, account opening, payment processing access, tax outcomes, immigration outcomes or processing times controlled by third parties.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and lawful information.
- Submit requested documents in a timely manner.
- Review names, ownership, addresses and filing information before submission.
- Keep account credentials secure.
- Pay applicable service, government and third-party costs.
- Comply with applicable laws and ongoing obligations after completion.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through available payment providers. Where advance payment is offered, the remaining balance remains due according to the order or quotation. A payment is treated as successful only after the payment provider confirms the transaction.
6. Timelines
Any timeline shown is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. Government processing, third-party verification, banking review and client document delays are outside Zendip's direct control.
7. Tax, legal and regulated services
Where a matter requires a licensed accountant, tax professional, lawyer, registered agent or other regulated professional, Zendip may coordinate with an appropriate third party. General website information is not a substitute for individualized legal or tax advice.
8. Accounts and Client Portal
Client Portal access is personal to the verified account holder. You must not attempt to access another person's orders, documents or account. We may suspend access where security, fraud or misuse is suspected.
9. Intellectual property
Zendip branding, website design and platform materials remain protected. Client deliverables and third-party software are governed by the applicable quotation, licence or service terms.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work, amounts already paid to government or third parties, and work already performed. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zendip is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate client information, third-party decisions, external platform suspension, government delay, regulatory change, force majeure or unauthorized account access outside Zendip's reasonable control.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory rights that apply in the client’s jurisdiction. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to a court or other competent forum with jurisdiction.
