Our Commitment
Zendip LLC is committed to operating with full transparency, regulatory awareness, and respect for the laws of every jurisdiction in which we and our clients operate. This Compliance Policy describes the standards we apply across all engagements.
Scope of Activity
Zendip LLC provides: business consulting; documentation support for company formation, tax filings, and regulatory compliance; technology services; ecommerce and marketplace operations; and trade and sourcing consulting.
We are not, and do not represent ourselves as: a government agency; a registered tax agent (except where licensed local partners are explicitly engaged); a licensed law firm; a bank, financial institution, or money-services business; a registered customs broker; or any other regulated profession beyond the consulting and documentation services we explicitly offer.
We disclose these limits in writing before every engagement.
Prohibited Business Activities
We do not engage with, support, or provide services to clients engaged in the following activities:
- Activities illegal under the laws of Bangladesh, the United States, or the client's jurisdiction.
- Money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or any financial crime.
- Sale or distribution of controlled substances, drugs, or illegal pharmaceuticals.
- Sale of weapons, ammunition, or explosives outside lawful licensed contexts.
- Adult content, escort services, or any sexually explicit goods or services.
- Gambling, lotteries, or betting outside lawful licensed contexts.
- Sale of counterfeit, replica, or trademark-infringing goods.
- Pyramid schemes, unregistered investment offerings, or financial fraud.
- Any activity prohibited by major payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) or marketplace platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
- Human trafficking, forced labour, or any activity that violates fundamental human rights.
KYC & AML Standards
Every client engagement is preceded by KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including identity verification, address verification, and (for higher-risk engagements) source-of-funds documentation. Where engagements involve significant cross-border financial activity, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening is conducted against international sanctions and politically-exposed-person lists.
Sanctions Compliance
We screen all clients and counterparties against major international sanctions lists, including UN, EU, and US (OFAC) sanctions. We do not engage with sanctioned individuals, entities, or activities.
Platform & Processor Compliance
We help clients align with the policies of major platforms (Stripe, Amazon, Shopify, PayPal, banks). We do not advise on, or assist with, evasion of platform underwriting, terms of service, or content policies. We help clients meet platform requirements honestly.
Reporting & Cooperation
Where required by law, we cooperate with government, regulatory, and law enforcement requests. Suspicious activity is escalated and, where required, reported in accordance with applicable law.
Internal Standards
Internally, we maintain: written engagement records for every client; documented KYC and AML files; staff training on compliance and data protection; incident reporting procedures; and an annual review of this Compliance Policy.
Disclosure to Clients
Every Scope of Work includes a written disclosure of: the limits of our services; the licensed local partners (if any) coordinating delivery; the specific compliance frameworks applicable to the engagement; and the client's own compliance responsibilities.
Contact & Reporting
To report a compliance concern or ask a compliance question: support@zendip.org. Concerns are reviewed by senior leadership within five business days.
